Vini Brasil f845fac4da Refactor event base classes (#2491) 
- Renamed `CrewEvent` to `BaseEvent` across the codebase for consistency
- Created a `CrewBaseEvent` that automatically identifies fingerprints for DRY
- Added a new `to_json()` method for serializing events
