docs: fix broken README links, TOC, and contribution guidance
Update stale docs/AMP URLs, repair the Learning Resources heading and TOC nesting, align contribution commands with the monorepo CONTRIBUTING guide, and clean up small copy issues in examples and FAQ. Co-authored-by: Rip&Tear <theCyberTech@users.noreply.github.com>
