Cancelling a fetch body that already errored rejected with that error, so closing the stream replaced httpx.ReadTimeout or ReadError with a JsException and the openai and anthropic SDKs never retried. bootstrap() now defaults CREWAI_TRACING_ENABLED to false. Trace export batches from a background thread, and flush() cannot wait for handlers on the host loop, so every run logged a flush timeout. The nightly workflow now stamps crewai-pyodide's dev version, so nightly no longer uploads it under the release version. loadCrewAI() rejects a relative wheelBaseURL outside a browser and reports a failed manifest fetch by URL and status.
