Yingzi Zhang 4f4573706e fix: treat checkpoint paths literally in glob patterns (#8269) ...

JsonProvider.prune() and the checkpoint CLI joined the checkpoint
location (and branch) with "*.json" or "**/*.json" and passed the
result to glob.glob(), so glob characters in the path were read as a
pattern. For "runs[1]", pruning deleted the checkpoints in "runs1" and
kept its own, and the CLI list, info and prune commands read "runs1".
Escape the directory part, so that only the file name part is a
pattern.
