* fix(telemetry): accept 1/yes/on on disable flags

CREWAI_DISABLE_TELEMETRY=1 was ignored because the gate only matched true, so telemetry stayed on with no warning.

* fix(telemetry): warn once on unrecognized disable values

Stop repeating the same invalid-flag warning on every telemetry check, and drop the undocumented CREWAI_DISABLE_TRACKING alias from docs.

Shared utilities used by both crewai and crewai-cli: version lookup, storage paths, user-data helpers, telemetry, and the printer.

This package is a leaf — it has no dependency on the crewai framework — and is pulled in transitively by crewai and crewai-cli. End users do not normally install it directly.
