Cursor Agent 23704da3f1 docs: fix locale links to EN-only A2A and E2B pages ...

pt-BR/ko lack a2a-agent-delegation; all locales lack e2bsandboxtools.
Point those hrefs at the English pages so mint broken-links passes.
