- Add Literal types for ImageFormat, AudioFormat, VideoFormat, ProviderName
- Convert methods to @staticmethod where appropriate
- Remove redundant default parameter values
- Fix variable shadowing in nested functions
- Make magic import optional with mimetypes fallback
- Add docstrings to inner functions
