ff5cbdee07 feat: restructure as monorepo 
- Move core CrewAI to packages/crewai with git mv to preserve history
- Create workspace-level pyproject.toml with uv workspace configuration
- Rename core package to crewai-core
- Setup workspace sources for internal package dependencies
