fix: update outdated CrewAI Toolkit links in docs

Update all references from the old personal repo URL
(github.com/joaomdmoura/crewai-tools) to the current monorepo location
(github.com/crewAIInc/crewAI/tree/main/lib/crewai-tools) across all
language versions (en, ko, ar, pt-BR) of the docs.

Add regression test to prevent future link rot.

Fixes #5253
