CrewAI AMP Deployment Guidelines (#4205)

* doc changes for better deplyment guidelines and checklist

* chore: remove .claude folder from version control

The .claude folder contains local Claude Code skills and configuration
that should not be tracked in the repository. Already in .gitignore.
